Wesley Ramjeet, CPA, CEO
Wesley Ramjeet is the founder and managing partner of Profit Planners, Inc. a business advisory firm. He has over 20 years of business advisory, accounting, and tax consulting experience. Prior to Profit Planners, he was the chief financial officer of Youth Stream Media Networks, a NASDAQ company with media and retail divisions. Mr. Ramjeet began his professional career in the entrepreneurial services group at Ernst and Young LLP.
During his nine years at Ernst and Young, he served both private and public companies in various industries, including technology, media, retail, manufacturing and financial services. He currently is the chairman of Micro-Cap Review, Golden Age Medical, and 3A Media. Mr. Ramjeet holds a bachelor degree in accounting from St. John's University in New York and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Bradley L. Steere II. Esq. Secretary & Director
Bradley Steere, 48, has served as corporate secretary & a member of the board of directors of Profit Planners Management since its formation in January 2009. Mr. Steere is a licensed attorney in the states of New York and Rhode Island. He specializes in securities, corporate and commercial law. From 1990 to 1994, Mr. Steere was an attorney in the enforcement division of the Northeast Regional Office of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. Since 1994, he has been in private practice in New York City.
He worked as an attorney with the law firm Kane Kessler PC, a partner in the firm of Steere & May, and since 2000 a sole practitioner. Mr. Steere received his B.A. Degree from Boston University in 1984 and his J.D. degree from Hofstra University in 1990.
Ronald C. Stone, CPA
Ron Stone is the executive vice president of the California operations of Profit Planners Management. He is responsible for business development and client services. Mr. Stone has over 25 years of business advisory, accounting and tax experience. Prior to joining Profit Planners Management, Inc. he provided CFO, tax and accounting services to public and private companies. Mr. Stone was the chief financial officer and operating officer of Ronco Corp. a publicly traded company.
Prior to Ronco, he also served as CFO and COO of an entertainment company and CFO of an engineering manufacturer. Prior to become CFO, he had his own CPA firm which he worked at for 15 years in Beverly Hills, California. Mr. Stone holds a B.A. degree from University of California, Los Angeles and is a Certified Public Accountant in California. Ron currently sits as chairman of the Facilities Advisory Committee for the Beverly Hills Unified School District.
Teresa McWilliams
Teresa McWilliams is vice president of the Florida operations of Profit Planners Management. She is responsible for business development and client service primarily in Florida, Georgia and the Carolinas. Ms. McWilliams is a dynamic, result-driven professional with over 30 years’ experience in managing all aspects of finance, accounting, financial reporting, operations, mergers and acquisitions. She has worked with established and startup companies in both publicly-traded and private companies.
She is a strong financial operations executive and strategic planner with extensive experience in solving the unique challenges faced by venture-backed startups and rapidly growing, development stage companies. She excels in financial analyses and accounting operations, including implementing internal controls and organizational systems. She has held ownership and management positions, demonstrating an outstanding ability to provide effective leadership in increasing profitable growth throughout her career.
Since 1998 Ms. McWilliams has been providing interim CFO and controller services to small and mid-sized companies in a wide range of industries, as healthcare, biotech, software development, commercial real estate, construction, travel and media and retail. She began her career at Merrill Lynch and spent four years with a local CPA firm.
After serving two years as operations manager and three years as corporate controller for a real estate developer and a broker/dealer, she started her own consulting practice, providing businesses with general accounting services, system conversion and setup, financial statement preparation and review and business tax preparation.
